Goal setting is not the easiest task sometimes, but how are you going to meet your goals if you aren't mapping out how to get there?! The first few days of the month have been my days to map out my goals, talk with my coach and really look at what I want to achieve this month! So, here it is!

1. Really stay consistent with my meal plan so I can achieve a great mini cut from mid September to mid October!

Staying consistent with your meal plan and macros makes a diet so much easier. If you think about it, things you want in life, you have to stay consistent with. Well diets are the same way. My diet is my lifestyle and I need to stop letting things get in the way, such as all the damn treats that keep getting brought into the office (insert palm to face here). Heres a look at my breakfast for this week! :)

2. Save some moneys!

Well, with buying a new car (unplanned, but completely worth it), I need to re-build up my savings account. So, I've been doing some budgeting research and limiting my spending so I can build my savings back up. Trips, competitions, and food doesn't pay for itself ;). I downloaded the Mint app to help in this. This keeps me strict to my budget and basically won't let me lie to myself. Just like a diet, saving money, you have to stay consistent to reach your goals! :)

3. My last goal for this month is to build my shoulders this month! So, I'm getting with an in person trainer to help me push myself to my full potential. Personally, I can kick my butt in leg day and pull days, but when it comes to my shoulders, I cannot ever get sore, partially, because I am afraid of hurting my shoulder without a spotter. I've finished 2 sessions with him, and I can already feel my shoulder feeling better with much less pain (thank you 16 years of softball. lol). Investing in yourself should be a must on someones agenda! whether its a therapist for someone to help sort through personal stuff, a massage for relaxation, or a personal trainer or physical therapist to help with something painful. Just do it! You won't be sorry. Shooooot, I invested in an online coach more than 2 years ago, and she has been with me every month since then! I will not give her up! It's all for me, and it's ok to be selfish, because if you aren't taking care of yourself 1st, you cannot take care of others. Just food for thought. :)

As always, you can find me on Instagram and Facebook!

Eat well and live your best life!

xoxo, Aud
